I-95 South to U.S.1. Take U.S.1. past Kendall Drive and make a right on Datran Drive. Go underneath the building and take the first ramp on the right up to "One Datran Parking". Once you have parked, take the elevators down to the "M" level and transfer over to the "Office Elevators". Take the elevator to Penthouse One.

826 South to Kendall Drive exit east. Take Kendall Drive east to Dadeland Boulevard and make a right. Go to your next light, which is S. Dadeland Boulevard and make a right. Go to the next light, which is Datran Drive and make a left. Go underneath the building and take the ramp up on the left that says, "One Datran Parking". Once you have parked, take the elevators down to the "M" level and transfer over to the "Office Elevators". Take the elevator to Penthouse One.
